Starting with a master plan, this renovation included multiple projects that were completed sequentially over several years, to allow for the evolving needs of the family and the finances.  The challenge was to provide a uniform design direction that would create internal connections between the floors and provide access to a mature garden and sweeping views on this expansive city lot.  Borrowed light, a theme throughout, shares light between spaces.
